SIMPLE Marketing & Sales

SIMPLE Marketing & Sales is a business development company that helps businesses connect their marketing and sales efforts instead of managing them as separate systems.

Most companies do not have a marketing problem or a sales problem. They have a disconnect between the two. Their website, social media, email marketing, advertising, CRM, follow-up, proposals, contracts, calendars, and invoicing are all happening in different places, often without a clear process tying them together.

SIMPLE combines fractional CMO strategy with an all-in-one business development platform, giving companies the tools, systems, and strategic guidance they need to attract leads, follow up consistently, close more business, and grow without making the process unnecessarily complicated.

Previously known as TDMFunnels, the company has evolved from a marketing software platform into a more comprehensive business development partner.

JJK Equestrian

JJK Equestrian is the home of my professional equestrian work, horse-owner education, and, admittedly, the horse habit I continue to invest in.

The brand brings together my work in dressage, working equitation, horse training, hoof care, clinics, and equine education. It allows me to continue developing horses from the ground up while sharing practical information that helps owners better understand their horses’ movement, training, nutrition, and hoof health.

It is both a professional equestrian brand and a long-term investment in my own development as a rider, trainer, educator, and horsewoman.

EBD Supply

EBD Supply is an environmental solutions company developed in partnership with Fry Tech Inc.

The company works with science- and technology-based systems designed to support natural bioremediation processes and the breakdown or removal of environmental pollutants. Its focus is making environmental remediation more affordable, scalable, and practical for agricultural, residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial applications.

HABO Bookkeeping Services

HABO Bookkeeping Services helps small businesses and nonprofit organizations understand their finances, strengthen their financial management, and become better prepared for funding opportunities.

I acquired the company as a traditional bookkeeping business, then slowly dismantled and rebuilt its service model. The goal was not simply to record what had already happened financially. I wanted to help business owners take control of their numbers and use that information to make decisions, pursue grants, and build stronger organizations.

Today, HABO combines bookkeeping, financial organization, grant readiness, and grant-writing support to help clients move from reactive financial management to a more strategic approach.

Business Readiness Program

The Business Readiness Program is a nonprofit business education program and startup accelerator designed to help founders build businesses that are financially prepared, operationally sound, and positioned for sustainable growth.

I created the program after repeatedly seeing the same gap during my work as Rock County’s Business Consultant. Promising founders were being turned away from grants, traditional financing, and other business resources, not because their ideas lacked potential, but because they had not been shown how to build the right foundation from the beginning.

The Business Readiness Program provides that missing step. Through hands-on education, accountability, mentorship, and direct access to business resources, founders learn how to move from an idea to a legitimate, revenue-generating business.
